I'm doing a 5.0 Conversion on my 1980 Bronco. I have a 1993 Mercury Cougar complete intake, and a 1989 Mustang GT wiring harness. In the engine harness I have 2 (2) wire plugs that are not used, and I don't have a connector that goes to my TPS for the cougar. I guess the cougar uses a completely different engine harness setup. My original plan was to use a FMS harness that I bought (I believe to be FMS-12071-K302, not sure if that's right) with the 89 mustang engine harness... I do have access to the harnesses for the 89 main as well as the entire cougar car... but I want to use the mustang dual o2 sensor setup on this swap. would I be able to get a TPS for a mustang and put it on the cougar throttle body? What is it I am missing here? Thanks!

Not sure what all you need to do but if it is not an HO 5.0 in a Cougar you will get into firing order for the PC and fuel system issues

I forgot to mention, I did put a 351W cam in it so the firing order thing is solved.

Oh damn... so wait a minute... the 5.0 HO in the cougar uses the firing order of a normal 302? That's not what I've read.
