how about clutch adjustment?
It would grind if that was the problem though
not really... if the clutch doesnt release all the way there can still be pressure on the plate... not enough to make it grind,,, but just enough to hang up the shifter

so how do you adjust the clutch ive heard of just pulling the pedal up but i dont know if this is true i have the same problem

Does your shifter have stops? That may be why it's a little sticky, may be set too far in. Loosen them a bit if it does. Took me a good 20mins to set min juuuust right. She'll be slammin in style soon.

how do you do that also
