Default Water in Oil and exhaust with white smoke!

Alright, this rebuild is kicking my A**. I am afraid I already know the answer to this but I just want to confirm or look for other potential solutions. After rebuilding the stock blockw with mods listed below, I finally got it started. AFter about 1.5 minutes of running, white smoke started pouring out the exhause and there was an excessive amount of water in the exhause tips. I cracked the drain plug on the oil pan and let a little drain out and there was quite a bit of water in it. I am afraid it is a head gasket but does any one else have any other ideas I can try before I rip it all apart again.

Thanks for all the help.

Could just be an intake gasket.

What could be wrong with the block? Crack by the cylinder wall?

copper gaskets?
I am not actually sure. They came with the Trick-flow kit from Summit. I believe they are made by Fel-Pro. This is the description at Summit:

"Trick Flow's head-gasket sets are produced by the gasket wizards at Fel-Pro. They contain Teflon-coated cylinder-head gaskets with pre-flattened steel-wire combustion rings and stainless-steel armor, which prevent deformation better than the constructions used in ordinary gaskets. You also get intake and exhaust gaskets, valve-cover gaskets, and any other seals and gaskets necessary for the specific application. "
