I have a 1994 mustang gt 5.0. I am in the process of upgrading just about everything. Someone told me I would hafto have the computer reprogramed, is this true? I did a 190lph holley fuel pump, aeromotive adjustible fuel pressure regulator, 30#ford racing injectors, bbk cold air intake, granatelli mass air flow with a cold air tune and tuned for the 30#rs, edelbrock 70mm throttle body, edelbrock adapter . edecbrock performer 2 upper and lower intake with a 1" spacer between them, a msd pro distributer, the msd 6al ignition box with the revlimiter, msd blaster coil. msd wires, thats all i can think of for performance upgrades to the engine.. i did everything but the cam, the block and the heads... will I hafto reprogram the comp?

i do not see heads or a cam in your set up why the 30's? thats a lot of fuel

get a dyno tune where they can burn a custom chip for your mods.

Dude, those injectors are huge. You dont even need 24's let along 30's.

i plan to do heads and the rest of the motor, mabe next season, i own a snow plowing business and we didnt get nearly enough snow for me to finish the engine or get the heads

the 30#rs cant hurt anything right? if i tone it down with the regulator?

Your injectors are too big for being almost stock, yes you do need to upgrade heads and cam and reprogram the computer too. I have the same problem, I need to take my car to get properly tuned. Good luck and show pics of your stang.

injectors too big, you need 24s unless you are going to run a blower or have a stroked out motor thats built out da azz. and you need to have a custom chip and dyno tune done. find someone with a dyno to tune it for you.

i wish i could get some pics up here every time i try it says file to big.... it sucks... should i try the injectors? i have them brand new in the box, $210.00 i cant just waste them!

hang on to the injectors but just wait till you do the rest of the motor work before you put them in
