if you want loud, run open headers- switch one bolt on each side of the h-pipe to the wrong side of the header flange.

I did this for a short period of time about a 2-weeks while I was waiting for the new mac pro dumps...heres what happened...First off, its way loud and what it did my car was real loud but wasnt really going no where. the exhaust had no tone it sounded like raspy air rushing through pipw no tone or rumble...i also lost alot of throttle respone and low end torqu, I lost all low end, but topend was freaking amazing it pulled hard at 2500rpm and up but below 2000rpm it flat sucked....
This is what im saying all the time, when people talk about not running mufflers, it kills your low end.

my advice on exhaust...don't rig it, nothing good ever comes from that.

save some money and buy some slp's, don't have them, but have heard 'em...really loud.
