Default Emissions

I just recieved the turbo kit for my mustang. Im registering the car in a few weeks. Now, I have a shorty x pipe for it. But obviously I cant pass emissions with that. So im about to order a stock h pipe off ebay. Now will i be able to cut it fit in with the down pipe and everything? without losing the cats or anything?
