Fuel Pressure

I have a leak coming from the top of 1 of my fuel injectors on my 89 notch. How do i release the fuel pressure when i go to take out the injectors out to replace the 2 rings on them.

Depress the schreader valve on the fuel rail w/ a small screw driver. Make sure you cover it w/ a rag when you do it.
