cleaning engine?

RE: cleaning engine?
I did mine up. Took apart the alternator and glass-beaded it/cleared it. A/C there's not much you can do, I scotch brighted the fittings on it back to aluminum colour and cleared them and then scotch brighted the A/C unit to scuff it up and painted it semi-gloss black w/ tremclad. Turned out nice actually. I think it looks better black then it would aluminum or steel w/e they're made of, alluminum im assuming, adds some contrast to my engine.

RE: cleaning engine?
Get a fine wire brush that attaches to the end of a drill and wire brush it. the aluminium will go almost like chrome. Then with a buffing wheel on the end of the same drill buff it out and it'll look like a million bucks. you don't even have to take the parts off.
