no, you need to get an intake manifold made for a carb application.
ORIGINAL: leadfoot1988
to change to carb setup will a standard 302 intake match and bolt up
+1 They are completly different.

Yes it will. There isn't any difference in anything as far as intake goes. You can put ANY carb intake made for a 260, 289, or 302 on any fuel injected 302.

I may be confused also. Your right, you can't bolt a carb to a fuel injected intake. Sorry if i'm making this more difficult

Any carb intake manifold ever made for a SBF (ex. BOSS) will bolt-up directly to any SBF ever built.
So, '62-'00 block/heads will take any '62-'00 carb intake be it Ford, Eddy, Why-and, Holley, Shelby, etc.

Standard intake, meaning carb i think, so 260-302 will work.

Except for a 351W intake, which is also a SBF

to straighten things out: you CANNOT bolt a carb to the stock 302 EFI intake. but you can buy a intake made for a carb application, and that intake will bolt to a stock 302 block.

Heres a good site that might help you with your decision.

www.jason.fletcher.net/tech/efi-carb/efi-carb.htm

If you check the rest of the site out, it has some good 5.0 info
