I rolled mine with a big *** hammer and a dolly. I put a strip of masking tape down the outside edge of my fender lip to keep me from chipping the paint. Other than that it was just wacking the **** out of it until i was satisfied with it. Then i painted inside the fender with some cheap black paint because i chipped it all up.

Hey Tim, how is that Holley Systemax package? I got a buddy seriously contemplating buying it but he isn't sure how much differnece it'll make. Im sure getting rid of those E7's was a welcomed change.

I rolled the Rears; I used a Fender Rolling tool. That’s probably not the correct name for it but there is a tool. With the tool it didn't take me any more than 30 minutes to roll both sides. My paint did chip; But you can use a heat gun to help with this.

I think East-Woods sells the tool for 300 bucks.. [:@] I would see if a local shop will rent it out to you. That’s the route I went.

I still have E7's on my car, the intake is crazy, the runners are HUGE. The holley package is an ok kit, tell your buddy he would be better off to get trick flow TW heads, a good cam, and the holley intake. even with that stuff the holley is bearly braking a sweat. 10psi on a holley is still nothing, they flow a lot of air. My car does not idle right because my intake is so over rated for the rest of my motor. but im getting heads sometime i hope.

carjway, did it bend the out side at all? because i started on mine a few months ago and stoped because i was cracking the paint, and bending the fender lip. it was looking nasty.

Take a baseball bat, put one side on your tire and the other side on the fender lip and push down on it while some one is in your car moving it VERY slow. The bat will follow the tire as it goes around and bend the lip up.

so when you roll a fender you roll it outwards? Ive never seen rolled fenders but figured you would roll it inward. After rolling it ouward what do you do with the part sticking out?
