Default One Wheel peal

So my friends wanted me to do a burnout the other day, So i powerbraked it, and about 3 seconds later I see all the smoke (thinking it was really good.)

Well only one wheel spun.

quote from my friends "the right wheel was f*cking cookin', but the left one didn't even chirp."

so is this supposed to happen or is there something wrong with my rearend?

you need posi

and to install posi, you need to remove the rear axel, correct mustang buffs? Im sure thats how it works.

and i think posi = limited slip well w.e you need one or the other

yeah, cheap to rebuild the traction lock.

if only one is spinning that means your stock t-lock ( ford's posi )
is not locking up like it should.

Think it uses a series a clutch disc to lock-up

might want to consider upgrading to an Eaton for a little more money

you could, if you wanted to drop 400 bucks, buy a Auburn carrier off ebay. Auburn makes some damn good rear end stuff. you could get some gears too. it would be sweet!

Don't bother with Ford's Trac Lock... upgrade to Eaton's carbon disc setup and get some 31 spline axels.
It'll handle quite a bit of punishment.

i agreee, mine is starting to slip some too. the clutches wear out inside. im going to get the setup sc94gt is talking about, and go from 3:73 to 3:90 gears for a little more umph!
