Default lower windshield cover - removal

Can any of you good people tell me how to get the lower windshield cover off (where the lines for the windshield washer resides),
my drivers side washer jet is not working & I need to get at it.

No worries. Technically it's the cowl panel. The cowl is the metal around it.

As simple as removing a wiper arm and 6 or 9 screws.....
