when I put my fuel cell in my car, I cut the spare tire holder out of the floor pan and fabed a new box with sealed cover for the cell to sit in, I got the idea from this site, works great, and no noticable smells.

I'd do the cell the way tinner7 posts about. That way you can make a cover for the spare tire well and all is good.......

man is that sweet, thanks guys! gives plans and everything thats awesome. i wonder what size tank you can fit in there. do i need to brace anything while cutting that out? any strength issues with this?
