Search the corral if you are interesting in doing a SN-95 interior conversion swap. It looks pretty good but its alot of work. I have heard of people having to make custom brackets, etc. Also, the door handles end up getting covered by the dash since it sticks out further than the fox dash. So you will have to relocate the door handles and do some kind of custom door panels. It looks sweet but like I said, its lots of work. Its all up to you wether its worth it or not.

I know last time I was at crazy rays in jessup they had a couple mustang convertables. There about 45 minutes to an hour away from bowie. I used to live in crofton, but unforutuanatlly the only junk yard I ever went to when I lived there was the honda one on rt 214.

You're gonna be tight on cash trying to get 350 ponies for $3500 AND convert everything. I think you should skip the interior conversion for a while, and focus on getting the suspension, trans, and rear parts you need from a donor car, or junkyard. Once you get all the supporting items you need, then you will know what kind of money you have to play with building your motor. You can save some money and time by dropping a carbed 5.0 in it, then you should have enough to get a nice set of aluminum heads, cam and freshen the bottom end up.

i was just contemplating doing it it was kinda i way in the the future plan if a plan at all im noty sure i right now . just wanna get the 4 running again and begin on the 5.0 build up. my dad tells me that i should get rid of the 88 conv and get a newer car but yet he doesnt know the conv is here to stay. and is gonna be just as fast as his 06' charger daytona....my whole goal here is to have a great sounding stang and i want it to look as good as it sounds. but for now its the bare minimum of the motor trans axel and suspension... which makes more horsepower a carb or efi and what in anybodys opinion is better in cold and warm climate i live in md
