as with most H/C/I combo's its all application dependant. If you are running a stock bottom end (9:1 compression) then this kit will more then likely sit your around 300hp at the wheels, maybe more. Holley offers a kit that boasts a boost to 350 rwhp, and we all know that Edlebrock is a very reputable company.
Remember that there is no Intake Manifold. and your particular numbers are also dependant on your exhaust and intake setup, MAF size, TB size, equal or unequal lenght headers.... long tubes possibly... x-h or prochamber... etc
not to mention how well you can tune your car
(if i had the $.... id get it. cept im saving for that s/c)

Yes, they are "legal for sale or use on pollution controlled motor vehicles" :-) They're really great heads. If you're ready for a huge boost in power over stock then these will definitely give you what you're looking for.
