OK i was at a friends house and my 4 friends and i were going to head to a party and everyone was already pretty toasted[sm=icon_guiness.gif] besides me so they all wanted to ride with me. ( I know I know there shouldnt ever be 5 full grown adults in a mustang Vert)[sm=badidea.gif] But i dropped the top and it was only about 5 miles city driving so i thought i would try. WOW that was a very BAD MISTAKE. I got about 2 blocks and noticed my suspension was riding horribly along with the burning rubber i could smell simultaneously. Well i got out and needless to say my tires are completely F*%#ED. My fender was SITTING on my tires.[sm=boosign.gif] Does anyone know if this is normal or not? I know its alot of weight but damn! Should it be sitting on my tires? [sm=insomnia.gif]

that much weight can sag your suspension pretty bad. id say youll be ok if you keep all the excess weight out.

The cars are heavier than the coupes and hatches, with the same suspension as it is. Extra weight on top of extra weight will do that.

You must have some worn suspension or you had a full tank of gas and 3 dead italian mobsters in your trunk. You need to change it up then. No way it should be that bad.
