My best friend is a dealer mechanic and he said he would do it for free as long as I help. I also got the gears for free out of a wrecked '91 that a friend is parting out.

ya just try and find a reputable mechanic unless u know one..
ive been calling around..best price so far has been $250 for labor..

^^ Thats about right. I called a few places just to get a general idea and most averaged around 200-250. I would not pay $300 or over though... thats alot of dough.

u know what i could buy for that kinda $$?

i was kinda figuring that was a decent price..but ive
heard others get it for like $150..i wish

I also found a guy that was going to do them for $200 and that was the best that I found. But dont let no backyard mechanic work on your car... I have learned from experience what them d*ck f*cks are capable of.

but ima still try and find more info on them
rite now hes getting the prices on everything
..gears..etc and install and i asked for a discount
if me and my bro go w/ both cars..he said he'll work it out
