Putting a price on a car is pretty tough, I know I "over-paid" on mine but I've always wanted a 5.0 notch in immaculate condition with low miles. The value of the car is sort of a personal choice.....to a point........depends how much you want the car and how much the car's history means to ya. You all know the show Car Crazy![sm=happybounce.gif]

It depends on the shape of the car. . . how it was stored. . . how it was driven. . . etc. For example, I have an 88 LX Conv with 33000 that may have been worth a lot. . .except for the fact that it has had 5 accidents, 3 transmissions, and 2 motors. . . and if you have low miles on a motor, has it been maintained? Are the rings ok? are all the rubber seals and parts ok? Suspension? There's a lot of things you have to think about. . . but if your mechanically inclined and have worked on Fords, most of the replacements and repairs are easy. If it's really immaculate, it's hard to put a price on it. . . and regardless of what you pay for it, it still will only be worth so much book value.

I dont agree w/ that at all. It all depends on how the market is for Mustangs... it has nothing to do w/ blue book value. I seen people sell Mustangs THOUSANDS over BBV.
