Really I am laughing. If that is the way they choose to conduct their business, that is their perogative. I quess business is good enough they can afford to do that. So when all our jobs go to China, we can all have a sense of humor. We consumers will have the time to wait for parts cause we don't have jobs.

Ordered from Summit and the box was received stapled shut from ratech. The local Ford dealership had bolts so I got them. I'm taken a break from it right now. The ring gear is on, but the new pinion has endplay. Going back to United Auto in town here so they can press out the pinion bearing again so I can reshim it. Got an experience doing the ring and pinion?

^^ Yea but ratech was the ones who sent him that email. It doesnt matter if they did not ship it because that was not their faults but there is NO excuse in the world to talk/write to customers like that.... thats ridiculous.

yea that was rude of them, but im sure they get that a lot, i will not order parts from summit because the last time i did it went so bad i cancled the order. i bet summit is covering there self up because someone that worked there took the bolts.

^^ I wouldnt doubt it. Summit it OK in my book... the bad people are 50resto. They have been HORRIBLE the last 2 times I ordered from them.. but I just cant help it because they have everything that I want all in one place
