its hard to say. you pretty much just gotta play with it until you get a good launch with minimal tire spin and no bogging. i wouldnt worry about breaking anything on street tires cause all they're gonna do is spin. practice makes perfect

ummm launching at redline is just gonna send you into the wall. start at around 2k rpm and go from there. if it bogs, go a few hundred higher. if it spins, try launching a little lower or try slipping the clutch a little.

you dont want to bog it down. start from about 4k rpms and feather the throttle. meaning ease it on down to the floor as it quits spinning. this will take practice. launching at 2k will just bog you down. at least 4 is prolly about right. see, you cant just launch and slm it to the floor soon as you take off. you gotta ease it to the floor. a little spinning is not correctable on street tires. just give it enuf gas as not to spin it out.

Don't try 4k with street tires, the best street tires or clutch slipping in the world wont keep street tires from spinning. I had to go from idle with my street tires, or esle I spun myself to a 2.5 60ft

The key for me on street tires is to not dump the clutch but slip it some like on a normal start just quicker with a bit higher RPMs.
