9550Stang

I just recently started hearing a noise from my engine. I assume it's engine ping but im not too sure becuase I've never heard it before. It sounds like a fairly loud "click" and im pretty sure it's coming from the first cylinder. Need some help on making sure this is what I'm hearing and what I need to do to fix it.
