fast way is to right click on the pic, and go to edit pic, then it will take you to paint, and go to image at the top and then go to stretch skew. than make it smaller i put 80 and 80 and that works well most of the time.

right click and go to edit. taht should take you to photoshop or something similar then go to image on the top tool bar and to stretch/ skew. then just type in the % numbers u wanna shrink it or enlarge it.
