mickey thompson et-streets are really sticky. I did a burnout, and after there was tire shavings in the tread, it was like gum, all stuck back together.
I did my first launch today with them and at 4k rpm with a 75 shot and they didnt spin at all.
after I tried to do a 2nd gear burnout and it bogged from 5k rpm.

I have only had them on the car for mabye 25 kms so far, it doesnt look too worn down yet

taller the tire the bigger the foot print. they key is to have tall and wide. but when choosing a gear for your car you need to think about the tires you are going to run. think of it this way. im using this as an example the amount of rubber that is on the road i dont know. now say you have a tire that is such and such tall. and such and such wide. and the foot print is 1inch long and 7inch wide(contact patch) and then you get a tire that is taller by say and inch then your contact patch is 2inch long and 7inch wide. get what im saying?
