Default Idle Fixed?

Hey guys, I sprayed my maf with a spritz of carb cleaner (hope it doesnt destroy it) and my throttlebody with an entire can of carb cleaner while the car was running. I put it all back together and wow my weird little up and down idle problem smoothed out. I just hope it doesnt jack up my maf what do you guys think?

next time go to pep boys and get some sea foam, it could have been some carbon build up in the engine or intake. I cant tell you though if it will mess up your MAF sorry.

Use a plastic safe, zero residual electrical component cleaner on MAF's and you won't have problems. My old car with a K&N would get fouled from the oil K&N uses. Best to do it cold off the engine. The hot wire MAF's have a hot wire and sensing thermistor so electrical component cleaner is appropriate.

BRAKE CLEANER works the best. carb cleaner leaves a residue.
