Ok i pulled it out,Now do i have to take it out because i tryed yanking it off with it up and still no budge..?

When you pulled the tab, did you see a small arm swivel out? That arm locks into a recess in the splined stem to hold the arms in place. On most Fords, if you pull the tab all the way out, the wiper arm will stay up on it's own. Then you will probably have to shake it back and forth some as you are pulling straight up from the stem. They get stuck in place from dirt and being connected for long periods of time. Sometimes you may have some luck with pushing down onto the stem first to break it loose, but usually not.
