I just bought a whole new set up for my rear end 
Just replace 3.73s on my list with 4.10s and the correct installation kit, and you should be set...

$1,000 seems like alot. When I installed my 3.73's my total came out to be $430 (thats gears, rebuild kit, labor). I would look around more if I were you.

and then he said $1000 for the eaton and install..the $1000 is for
everything i need tho im pretty sure..the cheapest for the gears
i found was the $300 for labor on the gears

Why are you getting an Eaton posi track? Your track lock that you have in your car should be able to handle a lot unless you have a very modified engine. Just get the Ring and Pinion set, the rebuild kit for gear installs which has all your bearings and seals you will need and if you feel like your trac-loc (same as posi) needs to be rebuilt get that kit. if not the rest of the stuff is all you need. Don't buy something you don't need unless you have lots of $ to spend.
