insturment cluster

RE: insturment cluster
Basically, just do this... just under your steering column, there will be a small panel held in likely by two torx head screws... maybe a philliips if some one has tinkered a bit in the past... take these out first and remove the panel... once you pull off this panel, you will notice some more screws in place just behind that You know how when you look at your dash, you've got the two switches on the left and two on the right.... you know for your headlights and such, well it is basically the bottom of that piece, and you will now have to remove a few screws from there.... now here's the tricky part... you'll have to remove the wiring harnesses going to each of those switches I just mentioned, and without removing them, you can only pull the piece out about 4-6 inches.... and the angle to get to the clips is a bitch.... you will have to move your driver's seat all the way back as far as it will go, open the driver's door, and lay down so that your back is on the ground, and facing up ward wit your feet on the ground outside of the car... I'll be honest the engle is so bad that I installed white face gauges on my car without taking this off because it was easier than breaking all four clips!!!
