how in the name of jesus do you get the damn insturment cluster out of one of these damn cars. and when i say get it out, i mean withput breaking every piece of plastic on the dash?!

im ripping my whole dash out today. If i get r done i'll let you know, otherwise i'll be on here asking the same question haha. be sure to look for any hidden screws/nuts/bolts and make sure they are all off. Otherwise most dashboard and interior components in general snap into place. Its kinda ****ty cuz you end up breaking half the snaps sometimes. Just be careful and take ur time you should alright. If you brake something just go down the the local scrapyard and see what they got. Its usually really good.

its a 90 gt. i cant find any screws or anything holding it on..honestly it looks like whoever owned it before me glued it into place. i think it might be time to get the big pry bar out. actually i shouldnt do that, none of the junkyards around here have any mustangs. and theres only one that will let you go in and pull your own parts.

Im not sure if yours is like mine but if so there are two screws on top up in by the windshield (hard to get at) and two more... one on each side of the pod...

the 2 screws by the windshield are gone. im not sure of the other two you're talking about though. are they through the side? or through the front?

take out the 2 or 3 bolts in the knee panel unsnap it and there will be 2 bolts under the knee panel that holds in the bottom of the trim that goes around the cluster if that helps any
