checked it with a test light no flashing
The problem is dizzy (TFI/Stator sensor), wiring or ECM related......remove the SPOUT connector, crank the engine and check for spark and repeat the light test at the (-) pin of the coil.

So you have power to the coil? do you have power from coil to dissy?

the red/grn and red/blu are the ones going to the control module, when you say dizzy are you referring to the wires off the stator or somewhere else on the distributor

ok key on engine off, i have the same thing boath of thoes wires are hot, are the rest of them grounded?

the rest go to various pins on the computer, the only grnd is the blk/orng which is an ignition grnd also pin 16
