Fuel in the vaccum line

Fuel in the vaccum line

Anyone know how fuel gets into the vaccum line from the fuel pressure regulator to the upper intake manifold?

Regulator is bad. Diaphram is leaking.

That is what I was afraid of too. It is a brand new BBK, I should be able to get a free replacement.
