notchy first gear.
I've felt this in a lot of cars (besides Mustangs), and have been wondering why. When shifting into first, rather than one click, there are two. It's like there is a notch half way through the range of the lever into first ger. It only happens if I'm at a dead stop, and shift into first from neutral. Does it have something to do with first gear syncro design or something.
