I didnt get a turbo kit yet, but I believe the turbo kits come with a computer programmer/chip, I got it confuses w/ the fmu and the comps, its all the same, magnment of fuel, wheather from a fmu outside the car or computer inside the car. its still a fmu, and turbo kits come w/ these, lots of turbo kits come with PMs type deals...some supr chrge sompanys come w/ a freee fmu ,prolly junk or a free fuel pump...those damn people trying to get me to buy a supercharger by advertising a free fmu w/ the kit...when a turbo setup comes with it, lol those damn people.
bad info here. using an fmu and a chip are completely different....fmu's are pos for tuning. i did a little summary in this thread...

u got to keep in mind with a turbo as compared with a supercharger is that a turbo gives more power and it is easier to up the boost level but at the same time its eaier to screw up your engine by overboosting so keep that in mind when schoosing which one to buy

i would never buy a supercharger, for one reason inefficency, can you say 3 dollars a gallon? you can make a custom twin turbo kit or single turbo junkyard turbo for cheap just get them rebuilt and a cheap *** turbo manifold and tune away, with enough tuning you can get the computer to even detune itself automatically or on the press of a button so you can get 20 mpg. plus turbos sound cooler and just saying twin turbo mustang is fun everone else will be envious. thats my plan but unfortunately im poor like the rest of you and am stil upgrading my brakes, lol
