Default Electric Fan

who has one and what did you use. i bought one from jegs awhile back, but only found out it was defective after i installed it. i didnt bother sending it back for a new one. right now i have a Clutchfan that makes an gawdawful lot of noise. just annoyed with it and the noise. just wonderin what you have and what you paid.

Depth? I only have a small amount of room do to the blower. They look nice. What do you use to control them?

you run a vortec? what rad? my neighbor uses the same fans and fluidyne rad. i stole the idea from him he has about a 1/4 inch inbetween the blower belt and the fan motor. go to spalusa.com they have all the info on them, i think is 4inch deep. they are good for 1k hp

I've got the black magic xtreme (yet to be put in on rebuild)....One of my friends swiped the dual elec fan setup from a camaro...works well

I got mine for free. They're like a 99 Dodge Caravan dual set up and they move some air, no BS. They were a take off of a body job since the housing got cracked a little bit. They look like the size of Tim's fans...

All I have to do is make my own brackets once the 347 goes in, which shouldn't be long as soon as my heads get here.


What I'm trying to say is that you don't always have to run an expensive aftermarket fan...
