What all would be needed to replace a stock tb with a 65 MM?

would a 65 mm tb off a 99 gt fit my 94 gt? where can i find a port matched egr spacer?

No, your 99 is a modular motor. they won't fit the same. buy a used on in the classifieds or on ebay. Also, no need to change your TB if your MAF is still stock...you'll just lose air velocity.
