Default Getting ready to order parts...

When my income tax check comes back i'm gonna buy the parts i need to finish putting the stang back together. ( cam, timing chain, all gaskets necessary, possibly and hopefully gt40 intake, and if i get the intake then 24# injectors, and prolly alot more that i forgot. ) I already bought the heads.

But my question is....Will i have to get new lifters and pushrods to us a TFS stage 1 cam ( with P heads ) or can i use my stock ones ?

Also, can i used my stock rockers ? Would i be better off going with 1.7 ?

Lifters are fine, as far as using stock rockers, yea you can as long as there pedestal mounted.

If there stud mounted your going to have to get new rockers and longer puchrods maybe.

yeah by.1 but if you are getting a more agressive cam then stock you should look into new valve springs.
