quick question

my brother might be buying an 86 gt, it has an e303 cam, shorty headers, h pipe, 40 series flows, shift kit,converter. it has 60,000 miles i was woundering if u guys could give me an estimate on what it would run. thanks

i asked in street/strip but hopfully i could get more help here
