Default Cobra to good to be true?

Hi everyone was just wanting some oppinions on a cobra ive been looking at, i first found the car on auto trader but a week or so later the ad expired or w/e. I had the guys Phone # and email so i emailed the guy asking for more pics and engine pics, asking if the car ran good and what not. The pics looked great immaculate in fact.... so as for the catch he is only wanting 5200$ for it (only 81200 miles!!)and supposedly he is in the UK now stationed for the army. I have gotten the vin# and ran it through carfax, it did come back as he said the right location and what not with mileage close and history of smog tests. I'm just leary b/c he says he wants to use a 3rd party to do all the transactions and id have to have the car shipped from texas to illinois w/o being able to see it.... unless i flew to texas or something[&:]. Anyways any oppinions/help as far as how to do the transaction would be appreciated thanks

I would say to take a flight down there. You can get round trips for like 200 if you look for vacant seats and go when 1 opens up. If u like the car and buy it u could also make it a road trip and drive it back. Prolly gonna be alot cheaper than having it hipped but of course it'll take time and mileage on your car. I would definitely see it tho b4 u buy it. The reason he may want a 3rd party may be because hes outta the country? Good luck!
