If you keep the cats, you will probably be alright on back pressure and not lose any power. Besides, if you don't like the sound, you can go and buy some over priced mufflers

I got straight pipes on mine. Sounds a little loud but I don't mind. Not having mufflers in the way made it easier to remove the LCA's and reroute the lines to install subframe connectors.

Just to reference it, you can go to streetfire.net in the ford videos section, there is a guy w/ a nice little video w/ cats and no mufflers. he's runnig a b303 cam so do a search for b303 and it should come up in there. its a white notchback. it sounds suprisingly good, better than some catbacks i've heard. but if you have the money, get O/R h-pipe and a catback. they are worth their weight in gold IMO.

What is the deal with O/R h-pipes? I know nothing about them. What do you recommend, brand etc? Give me an example of what to buy, an entire kit or mix and matched parts please. Thanks, landon.

what are you looking for? are you going for just sound or performance?

o/r H-pipe is without cats so it woin't be street legal. a good company is bbk. if you go to www.summitracing.com they have good prices and a bunch of different companies.
