Flowmasters do not need to "break in". It is because of the cats... and its not because of the long tubes... I have never heard of long tubes not being as loud as shorties?

OK.... well I am just saying I have never heard of shorties being louder than long tubes..... I might be wrong on that but I have never heard that before...

Well, if that is true that might be why my MAC LT's > MAC Pro-Chamber > American Thunder Flows wasnt really that loud... it could of been ALOT louder IMO.

I'm not saying the cats aren't a contributing factor b/c they are. All I'm saying is I have heard 2 identical cars, same exhaust set up except for the headers, and the one w/ the l/t's being quieter. I was very surprised as well when I heard the diff between them.
