There on a power track,They move up and down to adjust you,Pro i got it wired up its working like a charm..

well i got some seats out of a 96 stang and the seats i got where manual. i mounted them to my stock tracks becuse the 96 tracks would not bolt in. well when i get in i feel like the seat is to far up now, like i have to bend my legs and i am really all up on the steering wheel. i am a bigger guy don't know if that is part of it tho.

Might be the old tracks,My seats came with the factory tracks,And they fit properly and work properly also,Your problem might be the old tracks you are using.
