Default good price for a 5.0?

Whats up guys, i saw a nice 91' 5.0 this past weekend and i was thinking that maybe i should pick one up. Apparently these are cheap and fun to make fast and i need a new summer project. What do you guys think would be a decent price on a late 80's - 95' 5.0 that is in decent condition with decent mileage, this car would be a track or cruise night car and would not see a lot of road time. Thanks guys
