if its 4.95v or higher it could be a bad ground. if they are ok its the computer.
On which wire. One of them is gonna have that much.
1=ground
2=signal, ie, .98-99
3=reference, ie 5.0 volt.

Last time i replaced my pcm it was a buck 20. Tps, not sure. Not a fan of throwing parts at a car to see if it fixes it. Could waste alot of money that way.
