when it starts to go out it will remain open and let fuel bypass and then flood it out. i was told are cars need so much pressure for it start and turning the key and counting to 10 allows the fuel pump to keep enough pressure there for the car to start.

nononoNO

Your fuel pump shuts off after 3 seconds from when the key is first turned to the on position. To test a FPR, get a fuel pressure gauge and then turn the key to on, after the 3 seconds goes by your pump will shut off, if your fpr is good your fuel pressure will hold, if bad you will loose pressure and visabley see it on the gauge.

YOU CANT FLOOD AN FUEL INJECTED ENGINE. unless your injectors are leaking, but for 2 injectors to do that is rare, all 8 is ungod like, good luck
