Can't reach oil plugs.

So, the front of my car is lowered a bit, and I'm having trouble getting under it to change the oil. I'm assuming the car will need to be level to drain all of the oil out. Is my only option to lift the whole car at four points?

Dont have jack stands? Or just get a couple would blocks.

Drive each tire up onto a 2x4. Should be enough room, works for mine.
