putting a 5.0 in thte 4 banger car i know that ima pay 4 cyl insurance on it but now what if i got into an accident and insurance company finds out i got a v8 with a t5 in a 4 banger car could i get busted for insurance fraud or anything crazy like that????

Those ricers do it all the time. Should be no big deal. I dont think they'll go as far as insurance fraud lol.

worst case they just wont cover your insurace claim.

if you have some liability involved in an accident it could bite you in the ***.

kinda stupid to pay for something you cant use if you REALLY need it.

say your insured for a 4 banger, any you have a 347 stroker in there instead, and then you crash, you will get the money for the 4cycl, no money for the stroker, unless you tell them.

Actually in md I know you can get charged with insurance fraud. Especially if you were racing and wrecked.

yeah again it comes down to the MAIN reason you have insurance is to protect liability.
if you wreck into someone and they sue. ( happened to me ) and your insurance wont cover it.
you're screwed. ( when i got sued, insurance paid for everything, lawyers too )

Somethings you just have to suck it up and pay for it, and or you're just asking for it.

Now i dont plan on telling them when i stroke it or put a blower on, but they do know its a V8.

sometimes the insurance company will come and look atthe car and if they see that it's a v8 and not a 4cyl then they might not cover you
