Synthetic 5W-30 in T-5 Tranny?
I called a tranny shop today to price a rebuilt T-5 for my car. The guy recommended to run ATF in the new rebuilt tranny for a couple hundred miles and then put synthetic 5W-30 motor oil in it when changed. Has anyone else heard of somthing like this? Or tried it?
