What can my 92 GT's 302 handle for HP wise?
And does that number matter if I added a s/c?

just look for the HP/torque i want from it and just pay the excessive amount

is that 550hp with or without a main cap girdle? i was just wondering b/c i'm trying to decide whether or not to get one.

thats without a main support system. i know that DSS makes level 10 race
prep'd short blocks for 1500 buck

a girdle helps alot , from the main caps from distortion , but the block still breaks , i debate alot about putting girdles on a stock 5.0 , your only as strong as your weakest link , your not invincible with them , they keep your caps in places while the rest breaks , obsol3te you still , planning , there pleanty of good advice here , stop running in circles pick one a do it ,

well, the stock 302 can't handle more than lets say 500hp without problems

What if you put a turbo or something on it?
would it STILL be only like 500 and its gonna go?
