the difference in weight is the most notable thing you'll pick up on. the del sol is gonna' be light on it's feet and "tossable" where as the mustang has a chance to handel good if improve the suspenision properly, but you'll always notice that it's not gonna' react as quick as the honda on the twisties just b/c of it's weight. you'll have to change your thinking about driving ... meaning you'll have to think ahead more often than not and evaluate the course/track more than you would in a honda.

I couldnt possible imagin anyone being dissapointed going from a Honda to a Fox. If you want it to handle like a beast than just take the 3-4K buy a Fox and put 1,500 into a nice suspension and than use the rest of the $$ for minor bolt ons.

Listen the lug nuts of the fox require more torque than your honda's makes.

Sell the honda for 7g's. Buy an 88-90LX for $2500 and put the rest of the money into mods!

MOst definately get a Fox. SN95's are cool, but If you want it to handle, or run good 1/4 times, the sn95 is not a good platform to start with. Unless you find one cheap and throw a supercharger on is and suspension mods. That should see mid 13's and handle well But you'll look better doing it in a Fox! (87-93)

we could put money on that...

of course, I hope you realise we aren't talking about a stock del Sol. nor are we talking about a bolt-on del Sol.
