Default Misfiring at certain RPM

I found out that the rpm problem Im having is actually just misfiring. If I floor it in any gear, at about 3900 rpm horrible misfiring occurs. If I do NOT floor it and the throttle is not wide open, I can go above the 3900 rpm with no problem. Sounds like a computer problem to me but I don't really know... Do any of you?

I am thinking you need to do a few trouble shooting tasks, first I would look at youre plug wires cap rotor, distribor, then fuel pressures filtres, Most cases a plug is no good, Or youre fuel pump is weak on PSI
