Default I have yet to find this problem out.. Good Luck

I have a 94 mustang gt. This just recently started to happen and its soooooooooooooooooooo damn annoying. Every time I start my car, about 30 seconds later, ill here a loud *** beeping noise that beeps 5 times in 5 sets. After it does its set of ringing, it will stop for a while, then later just start up again for no reason. The sound is coming from behind my dash.

Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep..5seconds Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep... 5seconds. It will do this 3 more times.

LOL! It's prolly your seat belt reminder chime. Look around under the dash for it.

Is the beep the same as like when you leave your lights on? If so, leave you lights on so it beeps, then hunt for it! Aftermarket stereo maybe?

if the prev owner had an alarm installed, and didnt tell you, it might be the alarm brain beeping to let you know that the alarm was set off. Thats whats happening to me right now.

You have a problem with the airbag system, that's what causing the 5-beep alarm.

NOTE: If a system fault exists and the indicator is malfunctioning, an audible tone will be heard indicating the need for service. The tone produced is a series of five sets of five beeps. The number of beeps does not indicate the fault code, it means the indicator is out and a fault is present.
The above from http://www.veryuseful.com/mustang/te.../airBag92.html. Hope this helps.
